It does not get better than this!...Enjoy a beautiful Sea Captain's home with special welcoming gardens (3/4 acres) and a pool that refreshes the mind and body and is great for entertaining.....the pool is not heated but it warms up very fast as it is in the sun and only 5.5 feet deep....Be in the Heart of the Historic district but enjoy the peace of a country road. Antigue floors and rooms have been lovingly restored to their grand hay days but keep in mind that the stairs are steep and treads narrow so it may not be suitable for the very elderly, however some vacationers simply put a bed in the living room. Dennis has a very strict noise ordinance (24/7, within 150 feet)...so please be aware that there is a neighbor... at certain hours please keep the noise level down. With golf courses to play...including miniature golf for the little ones... a spectacular Bike Path, The renowned Dennis Playhouse and your choice of many beaches.....This is the perfect getaway for a Vacation gathering. A true American Classic, with delightful gardens and a pool, to welcome you and your guests to Cape Cod. I have extensively renovated this home with lots of love and affection for the history that it entails. All furnishings and mattresses are new. The location is soooo convenient to everything!! The beach, go-carts, trampolines, skating, bumper cars, miniature golf, bike path, fishing, some of the best restaurants on the Cape and shopping!etc.
