This magnificent Berkshire Contemporary has central A/C, DSL Internet connection and it is located only a stone throw from the pristine Lake Garfield, its sandy beach, as well as the quaint downtown Monterey with its famous General Store, Library, the Meeting House and the Post Office.
There is a cathedral ceiling, skylights, open living-dining area with the wood-burning fireplace and the wall of windows is overlooking the lovely, private backyard.
On the main level is also a great cook's kitchen, first floor splendid master suite, an other bath and to provide more of the summer living space is also the screened-in porch and the spacious deck.
Upstairs are two lovely guest bedrooms (with a cathedral ceiling) one full bath and a den, that can be used as one more guest bedroom.
Monterey is magical, the house is immaculate, full of light, centrally A/Cd and the activities for kids as well as the adults are endless.

High Season Price : $6500 per Week


Available for full month of July at $6,500 PER MONTH.
also available in August, but only for the 2nd and 3rd week of August at $2,000 PER WEEK.

Utilities are not included.
Security deposit of 2,500 is required.
