This absolutely immaculate Contemporary home has an open plan living room with wood burning fireplace, dining area and cook's kitchen with granite-top center island and on the main level is also a bedroom and one full bath. A very spacious screened-in porch is accessed from the kitchen, as well as from the backyard. Very comfortable open staircase leads to the upstairs area, where are 2 lovely guest bedrooms sharing 1 full bath. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds and the other is housing a lovely queen size bed. The bedroom with queen size bed also has its own terrace, that overlooks the lovely backyard.
On the second level is also a very spacious, separate master suite with a sitting/meditation room, having a large window looking into the lush countryside in the rear. The master suite is large enough to house an office area furnished with the office desk and a chair, and the Internet access is also available.

Located in magical Berkshires, Mass.,(only 2.5 hour from NYC and 2 hours from Boston or Westchester) there are all activities, that you can imagine, for the kids as well as the adults . The house is located within minutes drive to downtown Great Barrington, and if walking is your forte, a long walk will take you to the downtown as well. Great Barrington has plenty of great restaurants, sandwich places, cafe houses, out-door market, 2 supermarkets and variety of speciality food stores. There is a great shopping, Triplex Cinema, Lake Mansfield and so much more. You are also within 25 minutes to Stockbridge Kripalu Yoga center, Tanglewood in Lenox and famous Jacobs Pillow dance festival in Becket, and there is so much more. There is no other place like Berkshires, because you can be here in 2-3 hours and spend more time enjoying the offerings of the area, instead of sitting in the traffic. Rates

Low Season Price : $4500
High Season Price : $6800 per Week

The house is available to rent for minimum of 1 month.
Utilities and phone service is not included in the price of the rental and will be billed to the tenant separately, providing the tenant with detailed accounting of all charges.

Security deposit of $3,000 is required.
Final house-cleaning fee of $200 will also be charged.
Some smaller pets will be considered with an additional pet deposit of $200

The total amount of the rental, as well as the Security deposit, will be collected in full before the commencement of the rental term, as will be specified in the Rental Agrteement.

Memorial through Labor Day = $17,000
