Main level has a charming open plan living-dining-kitchen area with wood burning fireplace, and the master bedroom, the full bath, as well as the washer & dryer area, are also on the main level.
Upstairs are 4 lovely bedrooms, one more charming, than the other, and one full bath is in the hallway.
The bed linens and the towels are classy and colorful, and the entire house is immaculate with wood floors through- out.

The Cottage is immaculate, private, has great deck, screened-in porch, and the most magnificent water access with the dock directly in front of the house.
You can access the lake using the dock in front of the house, or you can access the lake from your tiny, private beach, or if you looking for a company of some Monterey residents with kids, you will enjoy accessing the lake from Lake Garfield sandy beach.
Monterey is the loveliest of small Berkshire towns, located only 15 minutes from Great Barrington and aproximately 20 minutes from Tanglewood and Jacobs Pillow. Charming Monterey General Store, Post Office and Library are only about 5 minutes away, and you'll love to grocery shop in Great Barrington's and Lenox speciality shops, farmer's markets and variety of supermarkets. There are also many great restaurants, galleries, antique stores, theaters, Triplex Cinema & even Berkshire South with an in-door pool for you fitness pleasure.

This Lake Garfield waterfront Cottage is available in May, June September and October,
availability in July and August is limited to 2-3 weeks each month.
The owner will consider your rental requirements, please inquire.
Rental price doesn't include the cost of utilities.
Secutity deposit $2,500 is required.
Some smaller pets will be considered with $200 pet deposit.
Final house-cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
Non-smoking property.

Weekly rental price in October = 3,000
The total amount of the rental, as well as Security Deposit will be collected before the commencement of the rental term, as per the rental agreement.
