Low Season Price : $700
High Season Price : $1500 per Week

Each apartment rents for $100/night from November through April and $150/night Sept, Oct, May and early June. The last week of June begins peak season at $1500/week through labor day, the last week of August.
Deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is required at the time of booking, credit cards are not accepted. No refund within 60 days of reservation.
