which most of the time is returned the day you leave, but will have to inspect the house first,can take up to a few days,to a week,
we think this is fair
the HOUSE is inspected for any damage,or left dirty,
if left dirty.or damages we will deduct what it costs to have in cleaned or repaired,

WHEN you arrive it has been thoughly cleaned, and we expect to find it as you found it,

after we receive your deposit, we will send you a contact to sign, we also have signed it,
