Woodland Pointe is a wonderful vacation home for two small families traveling together, as well as couples or extended families. The house has 3 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queens. Additional sleeping space is provided by a queen sleeper sofa and 2 twin window-seat beds.
It also features two full baths, ocean view great room with living and dining areas, kitchen, and huge deck. The house also comes with cookware, place settings, utensils, microwave, linens, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, DVD and wireless Internet.
Built in 2005, guests will enjoy every amenity of a fine home while still relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of Holmes Bay. The house is situated on 7 wooded acres and enjoys 650 feet of shorefront. The house has a large great room with two separate seating areas. You can enjoy beautiful views of Holmes Bay, sunrises, sunsets, wildlife and the rest of the wonderful surroundings from inside or from the large deck out back.
The kitchen has all new appliances and every gadget you might be looking for, including a lobster pot for your Maine lobster dinners. There is a dining table that can expand to seat 10. There is also a countertop bar with two bar stools for quick snacks.
There are three large bedrooms (2 queens and 1 king). The two upstairs bedrooms have twin beds in the window seats if you need a little extra space. Additionally there is a queen sleeper sofa in the great room. There are two full bathrooms, including a whirlpool tub in the upstairs bathroom.
How do you get to the shoreline from the house? By taking our stairway complete with landings midway up and at the top to enjoy the view across Holmes Bay. The home is elevated relative to the bay, so a small deck leading to stairs going down to the beach allow for a peaceful view and easy access to the bay below.
