Above the Pines is a quaint quiet smoke-free cottage for four adults/teens. We are close to the village market and several restaurants (500 meters). Cape Porpoise is a small fishing village within the town of Kennebunkport, Maine.

We require a $1500 deposit ($1000 cleaning and breakage and $500 deposit). Cancellations may be made up to two weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning and breakage deposit will be returned within one week of departure provided our home is left as found.
