Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/2 block from downtown Mystic in the historic district and one street off of the Mystic River. Mystic offers plenty of restaurants, quaint neighborhoods, cafes, and shops all in walking distance from the Carriage House. Also in walking distance is the Mystic Seaport and many day spas. The Carriage House is open year-round and can be rented daily, weekly, or monthly. There are 2 one bedroom suites.
The following are a very short drive from the Carriage House: the Mystic Aquarium, the beautiful coastline of Connecticut & Rhode Island with many beaches & state parks, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casino's, wineries, hiking, & tennis to name a few. There are two tastefully decorated suites. Each includes a king size bed, gas fireplace or heating stove, air conditioning, cathedraL ceilings, cherry floors, private deluxe baths with large Jacuzzi soaker tub and rain shower, TV, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, telephone, CD player... linens & towels, brick terrace with lounge chairs , bbq and firepit... and lots of charm!
