Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/2 block from downtown Mystic in the historic district and one street off of the Mystic River. Mystic offers plenty of restaurants, quaint neighborhoods, cafes, and shops all in walking distance from the Carriage House. Also in walking distance is the Mystic Seaport and many day spas. The Carriage House is open year-round and can be rented daily, weekly, or monthly. There are 2 one bedroom suites.

The following are a very short drive from the Carriage House: the Mystic Aquarium, the beautiful coastline of Connecticut & Rhode Island with many beaches & state parks, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casino's, wineries, hiking, & tennis to name a few. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just 1/4 block from downtown Mystic and the Mystic River. Feel free to explore Mystic on foot, bike or kayak or just relax on your private brick terrace surrounded by English Gardens. The Carriage House is open year round and can be rented nightly, weekly or monthly.

There are two tastefully decorated suites. Each includes a king size bed, gas fireplace or heating stove, air conditioning, cathedraL ceilings, cherry floors, private deluxe baths with large Jacuzzi soaker tub and rain shower, TV, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, telephone, CD player... linens & towels, brick terrace with lounge chairs , bbq and firepit... and lots of charm!

Rates

Low Season Price : $525
High Season Price : $1750 per Week

Low season rate $75 / night midweek, $150 / weekend & holidays Jan 2,2008 -March 31,2008
High Season April 1, 2008 - Oct 31,2008..... $200 /night smaller suite.....$250/night for larger suite. 10% discount for a weekly booking April -May and Sept - Oct.

Cancellations allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival minus a $25 service charge. Cancellations after this will be subject to full charge. A credit card # (visa or mc) will be taken at reservation to hold your dates.
Pets MAY be allowed ....up to the discretion of the owner. This is a non smoking rental. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
