Our warm, unique & private home is 2400 + square feet of open and social space ideal for family, friends, or business colleagues. Beautiful hard wood floors, warm colors, uniquely decorated and import furnishings. 4 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, Formal living room, formal dining room and a large family/tv room with plenty of comfortable seating. Full amenities including 42 inch flat screen TV with hi-def and movie channels, wifi Internet, fully stocked huge social kitchen with granite counter-tops and travertine floor including a large eating bar, there is also a wet bar in the family room. The home is complete with all linens and giant pool towels. Our large back yard is all patio and pool privately secluded by fence and mature vegetation to sunbath and swim in complete seclusion. Full patio table & chairs as well as lounge chairs for the pool including a large gas BBQ grill. The upper deck above the patio has a beautiful roll-out awning to cover you from the sun while enjoying the view. Our home is unique, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful located in a quiet secluded neighborhood and convenient to everything the city has to offer yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy being "at home". We're confident you will be pleased with your decision to stay with us plus, our location is truly "hassle-free" and cannot be beat.

    • We are literally 5-10 minutes from the Strip yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy much peace and quiet and plenty of privacy. Grocery markets, recommended restaurants and misc shopping are literally minutes away from the home and some within walking distance. Our location cannot be beat!

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: $1,000 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,200 per Week
         

    We base our rates upon the actual number of guests staying in the home however; slightly. The nightly rate averages $145 per night for a week long stay. The longer the stay the lower the nightly rate. Weekend only stays will be slightly higher. We have a minimum 3 night stay requirement. Weekly rates: $1000-1200 based upon actual # of guests. Weekend rates begin at $200 per night based upon the # of guests. Cleaning fee: $125 Security deposit: $350 Deposit may be waived if qualifications are met. We ask for half of total rental fees up front to secure your dates, the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If dates are canceled prior to 30 days, full refund will be given less a small fee. Dates canceled less than 30 days, full deposit will be held unless dates are rented. We're flexible with different payment plans if this assists you in planning, please ask. We accept visa, master, discover cards and checks.

    We purchased this home 6 years ago and remodeled especially to be a holiday home. Have have taken great pride to make this home a very special place for our guests to be "at home" on their holiday or if on a business trip. It is most important for us to offer a uniquely decorated, warm, and sparkling clean home to our guests that is a step above the others. We enjoy several repeat guests every year which is the highest compliment from our guests and we're confident once you've stayed with us you will never go back to a hotel stay whilst here in Las Vegas.
