This 1935 home is located close to downtown in an area of charming older homes. The 1971-square-foot home has been completely remodeled and has the original hardwood floors and 1930s antique light fixtures. The home has four bedrooms, with three queen-size beds (with luxurious pillow-top mattresses), and the fourth bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. There is a bathroom downstairs with a tub and separate shower, and a second bathroom, including a large dressing area, upstairs off the master bedroom. The home has a family room off the kitchen and a living room with a gas-burning fireplace. 
 
The deck in the backyard has seating for eight, and overlooks a fountain surrounded by strawberries and a flower-filled yard. The home has two one-car garages, one separate, and one attached to the house. 
 
A one-bedroom, one-bath cottage will also be available with the house or separately when the home is not occupied. The cottage has a queen-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, a full bathroom, cable television, and even a mini fridge and microwave. 
 
Both the house and cottage have electronic keyless entries. This system is easy to use and eliminates any possible problems with lost keys. (You also won't have to drive around trying to find the place to pick up your keys when you arrive). Our customers love it.
