Enjoy the lifestyle of the rich and famous in this affluent Villa Retreat. Luxurious amenities abound in this 6,500 square foot, three level, 5 Bedroom/4 ½ Bath custom home. Located in an affluent area of Las Vegas, close to the new Red Rock Casino and Resort, the Red Rock Country Club, Tournament Hills and Boca Park Shopping. A short 15 minute drive takes you to all the action on THE STRIP.

Step through the impressive front doors into a stately grand entry hall, boasting 24 foot ceilings, a glittering chandelier and a stair case that exudes old world elegance. Beautiful hardwood floors flow throughout the entry, formal dining room, and kitchen.

On the main level, the Great Room room enjoys a built-in big screen TV, stereo, a 250 gallon aquarium, a gas fireplace, oversized sofa, game table, stocked bookshelves and an adjacent built-in desk area.

For a quieter escape, step into the more intimate formal living room, with it's own gas fireplace.

The Gourmet Kitchen includes gorgeous granite cooking island with Dacor Gas Cook Top, Dishwasher, Trash Compactor, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Convection and Conventional Double Oven, Built-in Microwave, Walk-in Pantry, an informal breakfast nook, and many more items to delight every chef. A formal old-world dining room is located off of the kithchen.

The master suite, located on main level, includes an extra large platform-king-size bed, a huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, television, stereo, and a separate study/office room. The master bath is lavished with an oversized whirl pool tub, steam shower with dual shower heads and rain maker...a true spa experience!

Ascend upstairs to a large game room with pool table, fireplace, and access to an outdoor balcony with majestic mountain views.

3 large bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms each have king size beds and share a large bathroom, which has a separate shower and tub, along with separate vanities. The third upstairs bedroom enjoys it's own private ¾ bath, queen size bed and also has private access to the oversized upstairs back balcony.

The finished basement includes 10-seat cinema with overhead projection and Dolby surround sound, and a refreshment bar. Also located downstairs is a gym/workout room. This room doubles as the fifth bedroom with two comfortable twin beds and a full bathroom.

The park-like back yard features a sparkling (available option April-October:heated for additional charge) swimming pool, 8 person spa, lush lawn area, outdoor speakers, barbeque, and a large covered patio that includes a misting system for your comfort.

Located in a gate-guarded neighborhood, this home has a private monitored Security Service for your peace of mind.

$2000 Reservation Deposit required converts to Security Deposit upon arrival.

$2000 Reservation Deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation with 45 days of arrival. Fully refundable if cancellation is prior to 45 days of arrival.

Security deposit is not applied toward occupancy fee.

$200 cleaning fee required for all bookings

Checks in US Dollars accepted as preferred payment method.
