Vacation Rental Description
Three Bedroom, and 2.5 bath two story townhouse. Full kitchen and cooking utensils and eating plates, glasses, tableware. There is a coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, and regular oven and gas range in the kitchen Service porch with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Seperate dining room. Master bedroom has a Morrocan decor. Second bedroom has an african theme. Third bedroom has a French theme. There is a one car garage because summer time temperatures will heat up cars parked outside and not covered. There is a supermarket and drug store and other shops within walking distance. Bus service to the strip is on the corner nearby.
Facilities
Ample parking in front of townhouse, secluded area with a view of the pool across the street. 5 foot screen from a projection TV system in living room for TV and DVD viewing. TV has free HBO movies and sports. TV's in master bedroom and second bedroom. The Clubhouse is two blocks away and has heated pool and spa, year round. Clubhouse also has exercise equipment and BBQ facilities in a grassy park like surrounding. We accept dogs with a $50 security deposit which is refundable if no damage/loss, but not cats because of allergies, sorry.

Reservations require a 25% deposit which is refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation, less than 30 days notice of cancellation and we keep the deposit until we are able to rerent for the dates held for you. So far, that has not been a problem. We accept credit cards through Paypal a service on-line, so we do not see any of the credit card information, only a confirmation from paypal that a payment has been made. Paypal is a very secure service which we have been using for two years without a problem. We also accept checks or money orders by U.S. mail and Fedex or UPS service. You can also use Western Union from other countries. Let us know which method you prefer and we will try to explain all the services which are available, as we have had experience with them all. Las Vegas is a year/round vacation area without any low or high seasons, its alway 24/7 every day
