The house is a two story home. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Downstairs is an exercise room, livingroom, family room, diningroom, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. French doors in the livingroom lead to the backyard where you'll enjoy a beautiful landscape backyard with a heated private pool and waterfall hot tub and a putting green for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ under a covered patio complete with ceiling fans or relax inside in front of our 65 inch TV complete with surround sound and digital cable. House has an open floor plan with lots of windows for added lightWe also offer a full size pool table, free long distance phone calls and high speed internet for added indoor entertainment. Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the convenience and comforts of home. Enjoy the Master bedroom complete with a 32 inch TV, walk-in closet and its own private bathroom.

$300 per night Sunday thru Wednesday $325 per night Thursday, Friday and Saturday $2100 weekly rate for 7 nights $4800 monthly $500 Security deposit required (refundable 14 days after departure $170 non-refundable cleaning fee 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund if booking is cancel prior to 30 day arrival time. If less than 30 days, no refunds will be given. NO ACCEPTIONS. Credit Cards or Bank Transfer accepted for payment Please be aware, this house is located in a residental area. Out of respect for my neighbors, no loud parties or gatherings will be allowed!!! Renters must agreed to no loud parties prior to renting the home.
