Our home, full of original character and warmth is 2400 + square feet of open and social space ideal for family, friends, or colleagues. Beautiful hard wood floors, warm colors, and import furnishings. Formal living room, formal dining room and a large family/tv room with plenty of seating. Full amenities including 42 inch flat screen TV with hi-def and movie channels, wifi Internet, fully stocked huge kitchen with granite counter-tops and travertine floor including a large eating bar, there is also a wet bar in the family room. The home is complete with all linens and giant pool towels. Our large back yard is all patio and pool privately secluded by fence and mature vegetation to sunbath and swim in complete seclusion. Full patio table & chairs as well as lounge chairs for the pool including a large gas BBQ grill. The upper deck above the patio has a beautiful roll-out awning to cover you from the sun while enjoying the view. Our home is unique, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful located in a quiet secluded neighborhood and convenient to everything the city has to offer. You will not be disappointed, our location is truly "hassle-free".

We are literally 5-10 minutes from the Strip yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy much peace and quiet and plenty of privacy. We base our rates upon the actual number of guests staying in the home however; slightly. The nightly rate averages $175 per night. The longer the stay the lower the nightly rate. Weekend only stays will be slightly higher. Weekly rates: $1000-1250 based upon number of guests Cleaning fee: $125-150 Security/Damage deposit: $350-500 We require one half of total rental fees up front to secure your dates and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. If dates are canceled prior to 30 days out a full refund will be given less a nominal handling fee. Dates canceled less than 30 days out full deposit will be held. We accept visa, master, and discover cards. Checks are also accepted, paypal.
