    We require 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Balance due would be 30 days prior to arrival. We require a mandatory insurance policy of $380 which covers the property, it is non-refundable because it paid for your policy. There is a $250 cleaning fee and a 5% processing fee for credit card payments. If you heat the pool, it costs $250 per day, because the pool is huge. 8% sales tax is also in additiona to above rates.
