Las Vegas has more to offer than you ever imagined. 
Let me tell you a little about my home. It is located north of the airport, 25 minutes drive. 
It is located in a "normal" family neighborhood in a gated community.There is a monitored alarm system to ensure that you feel safe. Weekly gardener and pool service. White glove clean, no detail overlooked.  
 
It has 3 bedrooms, all queen size beds. 
All bedrooms have TV's with cable. Free wireless internet. 
There are 2 bathrooms, one off the master with a separate soaking tub and shower and two sinks, the second bathroom also has a tub with shower. 
There is a laundry room with everything supplied. There is also an iron and ironing board. 
There is a full size kitchen, all large and small appliances. Pots, pans , roasters, good dishes and plastic dishes, crystal and plastic glass wear. This a very equipped home. Everything is provided 
All linens, towels and beach towels, extra blankets. 
There is a living room, recliner leather furniture  
Large open planned family room with TV, also leather furniture  
There is a dining room with table that seats 6 easily and opens up to seat 8 
Outside- BBQ, covered patio, bar, tables to sit 12, loungers. 
Full size inground pool and spa 
Shampoo, blow dryers coffee, pantry items all provided.  
Actually, just bring clothes.

Price Table				Season Rate
Daily rate $135. Weekly rate $900. Cleaning fee $130. waived on 5 nights				Low Season Price:	$135 per Day
				High Season Price:	$135 per Day

Preferred Form of Payment- Visa or MasterCard $100.00 deposit is required to hold reservation at time of booking. Two weeks prior to arrival, full rental payment will be processed. At that time the gate code, alarm code and directions to the home will be emailed to you. At the time of check-in the $100.00 deposit becomes a damage deposit. This damage deposit is fully refundable back to your credit card 7 days after check-out, assuming that the home is left in good condition. Cancellations are handled depending on how much prior notice is given and IF the home is able to be re-rented. In all cases a $25.00 fee is kept to handle processing.
