This two-story home has 3000 sq. feet of living space and has 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths. Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master suite bathroom has a large tub and 2 large closets. The family room features a gas fireplace and has a large screen tv with cable access. There is a full service kitchen with a built-in microwave, oven and dishwasher. A washer and dryer is available in the laundry room. The outside pool and jacuzzi can comfortably be used from May - October. Gas heating of pool and jacuzzi is available at an additional charge. There is a large covered patio and lots of back yard space. No smoking is allowed in the house.

All that Las Vegas has to offer is within easy driving distance. The strip is only about ll miles away and downtown Las Vegas is about 10 miles away. Neighborhood casinos are close by, as is shopping and nice restaurants.

Water activities are available at Lake Meade Recreational area approximately 30 miles from property. Hoover Dam is also only about 40 miles away. Red Rock Canyon and Mt. Charleston offer hiking and outdoor activites.

Low Season Price : $1700 High Season Price : $1850 per Week
Minimum rental of 3 nights at $275 per night. Weekly rates vary from $1700 to $1850. One-half the rental amount is required to hold the reservation. The remaining one-half PLUS a $500 security deposit ($350 of which is refundable if the house is left in good condition) is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy. If reservations cancelled 2 weeks prior to occupancy, 100% refund. No refunds later than that. Credit card payments accepted through PayPal. Checks and money orders are accepted.
