Our Back to School Special is a 10% discount on stays of two or more nights booked and spent with us during the month of September. 
 
Via San Andros is a charming and beautifully furnished three bedroom/two bath home with a covered patio and garden. It features ceramic tile floors in the living, kitchen, dining area and baths. The bedrooms are carpeted and sleep up to eight people in two twins, a king and two queens.  
 
The full kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove and oven and a refrigerator with freezer. All utensils, cookware, dishes and glassware are furnished, as well as linens and towels. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the other bath has a tub/shower combination. Washer & dryer,iron & board are furnished. Six can be seated at the dining table and two sofas accomodate 5-7 in the living room. Satellite TV and local phone service (calling card required for long distance)  
 
Off street parking for three vehicles. Food-4-Less grocery, Makino's Seafood and Sushi Restaurant, shopping/dining and local bus service nearby and only minutes from Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Gold Coast, Palms and Rio Casinos. Owners Kim and Paul will gladly direct you to the best buffets, shopping and attractions in Vegas. You will be delighted!

    We require a minimum $100 deposit to hold reservations. We accept payment via PayPal (4% fee), Check or Money Order. Cancellations forfeit the $100 deposit. Otherwise, it is refundable.
