2 Bedroom Townhouse in Incline Village

This is a lovely Third Creek townhome with a detached one car garage. In the summer you are close to two private beaches which you may use as guests of the condo. One of the beaches has a pool and kiddie pool too. Of course you are also close to golf, tennis, the rec. center, walk/bike paths, etc. In the winter you are less than one mile to Diamond Peak Ski Area and within 30 minutes to many of the other ski resorts. You are also just a short drive to the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino.  
 
When arriving at the condo you may park to unload. The one car garage is right across the street from the condo. The condo has two bedrooms both on the upper level. Each has a private bath. Master bedroom has king bed and 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Master bedroom has small flat screen TV. There is also a small deck off master bedroom where you can soak up the morning sun in the summer time.  
 
There is a back deck off the livingroom with gas bbq. Condo has all the comforts of home and the complex has outdoor pool for summer use and outdoor jacuzzi for use year round.
