Our spacious 3-bedroom vacation condo is located in the popular Incline Village community of Lake Tahoe, California, within walking distance of the Diamond Peak ski resort. During the day, hike the spectacular Tahoe Rim Trail, go boating on the lake or golf at local world-class PGA courses. At night, Lake Tahoe comes alive with entertainment, casinos and top-rated restaurants with diverse cuisines from African to Scandinavian. Our vacation condo is just 25 minutes to Reno and within easy driving distance of the annual Tahoe Film Festival and Hot August Nights. You couldn’t ask for a better location!

This three bedroom vacation rental at scenic Lake Tahoe, combines the amenities of a beachfront hotel with the comforts of home. Wake up with a steaming cup of coffee on the third-floor balcony while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains. Imagine spending cool winter nights by the massive stone fireplace or making pancakes with the kids in a rustic kitchen with beamed ceilings. In the summer, our vacation rental also features full access to three private beaches with barbecue grills and picnic tables; including the popular Burnt Cedar Beach which boasts a heated swimming pool.

All major credit cards accepted. Rentals for major holidays are not refundable under any circumstances. All cancelled non-holiday reservations incur a $50 fee. Non-holiday cancellation less than sixty (60) days before arrival date incurs a charge of 50% of total rental; less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will result in no refund. No refunds or credits are made for early departure. No refunds for airline cancellations, inclement weather, highway closures, natural disasters, or illness. Protect yourself with trip insurance.
