The A Frame is a one bedroom unit with sliding glass doors and deck overlooking the Washoe valley and lake, mountains to the east and west and Montreaux golf course across the highway. The property is situated at the base of the mountain with White and Thomas creeks running behind the property with a trail head for equestrian activities or hiking. The Galena county park for picnic and camping is within a mile. There is a barbeque on the deck.

The A Frame is a 10 minute drive by 4 lane highway from downtown Reno or the Reno International Airport. The 3 acre property is along side of Mt Rose Highway which is Route 431 between Reno and Incline Village on Lake Tahoe.

The property is surrounded by golf courses and county parks for camping and hikeing. Steamboat Springs Of Mark Twain fame is 5 miles down the road with Hot Mineral Springs. Gambling Casinos and world class entertainment is five miles from the property and you are only 7 minutes from the Mt Rose Ski Bowl which is the highest elevation base lodge of all Lake Tahoe ski areas.

Reno has the largest antique car show in the world every August with an Annual Rodeo, Reno Air Races, and Hot Air Baloon show. River rafting on the Truckee River goes right through the city.

World Class Gambling and Entertainment is a short drive to either the Reno or Lake Tahoe Casinos. The Tahoe Rim Trail is at the top of Mt. Rose and in the summer time there is opportunity to trail ride or hike the high Sierras. The mountains to the east are the home of Virginia City the silver mother load of Nevada. This restored wild west town is a Tourist Mecca and boasts the only annual Camel Race Event in the northern hemisphere. The drive way to the property is on the right hand side of the road just before the Nevada Forest Service building. You will see flashing yellow caution lights and the A Frame is visible from the road. There is a lock box on the side of the sliding glass door and you will be given the combination and instructions with your reservation confirmation email once payment has been made.
