Westview Bed and Breakfast is located just eight minutes from downtown Lincoln. Our single suite features a complete kitchen, living room with dining area, private entry porch, bedroom has queen bed, fireplace and whirlpool tub. Bath has antique fixtures including claw foot tub. Amenities include luxurious robes, quality linens, TV with DVD library, snacks which include popcorn, cocoa, peanut M&M jar, fruit juices, soda pop, breakfast bars, etc.. Westview is 12 minutes from Branched Oak State Recreation Area (a bird watcher's delight). Public swimming pool, public golf course, are within 1/2 mile. This bed and breakfast is set on 10 beautifully landscaped acres.

    Friday and Saturday night stays are priced at $139 plus sales and lodging tax. This price includes full gourmet breakfast served in the suite. Sunday through Thursday night stays include continental breakfast with provisions from guest's private kitchen. No cancellation fee unless notification is less than seven days. If we rent the suite there is no cancellation fee. If not, the canceling Guest will receive a gift certificate for the full amount of the reservation for a future stay.
