    The Wilma Condo is reserved with a payment of $200 that doubles as both a reservation and security deposit. It is refunded 100% upon check out with no damage. 50% of the agreed rental amount is due 14 days prior to arrival with the balance (remaining 50%) due at or just before check-in. There is a 2 night minimum stay at the Wilma Condo during PEAK season (5/1 - 10/31).
