PAYMENT–A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the rental is required to hold the reservation. This payment will apply toward the rental. The only form of payment accepted is major credit card. 40 days before your stay, your credit card will be authorized for the balance of the rental and 15 days before your stay the balance will be charged to your credit card. CANCELLATIONS–If a stay is cancelled more than 40 days prior to arrival date, the 20% reservation deposit is forfeited. If a stay is cancelled 40 to 26 days prior to arrival date, the penalty will be 50% of total rental charges and an additional 30% will be charged to the renter’s credit card. If a stay is cancelled 25 to 16 days prior to arrival date, the penalty will be 80% of the total rental charges and additional 60% will be charged to the renter’s credit card. If a stay is cancelled 15 days or less prior to arrival date, the penalty will be 100% of the rental charges.
