Escape everyday life, come and relax, shoes optional, on our 45 ft. sunny and shady deck with gas grill or take a few steps down to the dock and sundeck in our quiet cove. This property was meant for boating, sunning, fishing or just relaxing. Lake of The Ozarks is just steps from your back door. This is a vacation ready home away from home for family and freinds. This house sits on a wooded lot in the first cove on the estate side of the Tan Tar-A resort, with private parking for 4 to 5 cars. The dock can accomodate up to a 30 foot boat with a large attached sundeck for your use.
The estate's have 2 private pools within walking distance for your enjoyment.
The resort has 2 golf courses, marina with boat and wave runner rentals, restaurants, spa, bowling, horseback riding, gameroom, indoor waterpark and outdoor pool, fees will apply for the resort amenities. Many restaurants, 110 store outlet mall, waterparks, miniture golf, great golf courses, go-carting, winery, sports bars, many boat and waverunner rentals are located within a 15 minute drive of the house in and around osage Beach.
For breakfast, lunch or dinner there is an outdoor grill besides the full kitchen for either indoor or outdoor dining. Three bedrooms with full baths, laundry room, irons/boards in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a balcony or deck for great views of the lake.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom has two full beds, all with TV's and DVD players. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa again with cable TV and DVD player, WiFi and a large wood burning fireplace.

September 2nd to May 25th $200.00 per night/ $1,200.00 per week. Weekly rates reflect one night free. Repeat guests receive a 5% discount. Reservations required with minimum $350.00 deposit. $100.00 Cleaning fee. Additional pet deposit of $350.00 and any pet damages will be charged. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. 30 day cancellation fee will apply. State Taxes 8.225% apply. All major credit cards accepted.
