Off of the kitchen, you will see two additional bedrooms- one has a Queen size bed and 19" flat screen TV and the other, a trundle bed that can remain a single twin, two twins (pull out underneath) or locked together to make a king size. They both have a 19" flat screen TV, a dresser, and mirror. The second bathroom, which contains a single sink and bath tub/shower, can be entered from both the kitchen and the twins/king bedroom. The condo also contains a full size washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful cherry wood cabinets throughout. The comfy red sectional includes a Queen sofa sleeper. Gas fireplace and gas BBQ grill also available for you to use during your stay.

A deposit of $250 is required to hold the reservation. That will be applied to your final balance due. A damage deposit of $300 is required and returned after you depart IF condo is in same order as when you arrived. Final balance due is needed 30 days before check in. If your reservation is made less than 30 days, the full amount is due at that time. Cancellation provided in writing 30 or more days before your arrival- 100% refund. Less than 30 days, 50% refund. Payment methods: Paypal, Check, or Money Order Discounts are provided for those staying longer than five nights, active Military patrons, or repeat renters.
