The upper 2 bedrooms share a bath and the 2nd sitting area has a sofa sleeper and it's own private bath. Very comfortable, very private for a large group to share accommodations.
The large screened-in deck has it's own TV, unbelievable view of the lake and the Bagnell Dam. GAs grill and plenty of seating to sit and watch the boats go by. You may even see an eagle or two.

This Penthouse condo is centrally located. There are restaurants near by. A marina with boat rentals, Tiki Bar and Grill and small C store is just around the corner. There is a fine dining restaurant just across the Lake and then there's options all in between. The 110 Outlet Mall complete with movie theatre is just minutes away along with many specialty stores, shopping, go-karts, hiking, several very nice golf courses, as well as miniature golf and much night life. There are plenty of water craft rentals near by and a sunset cruise for your pleasure.

Lake of the Ozarks has over 1,400 miles of shoreline making it one of the largest lakes in the nation. This provides lots of opportunities for rental property allowing fabulous views, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of water and boating activities abound. Including some pretty good fishing! There are many lake restaurants and bars from casual to fine dining. As well as lots of the favorites in town along with a 110 Outlet mall in Osage Beach complete with a movie theater. Along the Bagnell Dam strip are some of the more "old time" activites with an arcade, Tshirt shops, antiques and you can even book a sunset dinner cruise.
