This Regatta Bay lake front three bedroom, three bath condominium is one of finest rental units in the Lake of the Ozarks. Regatta Bay is located on Horseshoe Bend Parkway, at mile marker 12, just one mile past the entrance to the Lodge of Four Seasons. A great feature of this condo is the availability to rent a boat slip on the dock directly below the condo building. 
 
Located on the top floor, penthouse unit, of an eight unit building the entrance to the condo is just twelve steps up from the parking area. Regatta Bay is one of the best developments at the lake and this condo is one of the highest overall quality units in the development, or the entire lake area for that matter. The panoramic view of the main lake channel from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and patio is fabulous.  
 
Recently remodeled and newly painted, this 1,600 sq ft condo has vaulted ceilings and two balconies. The balcony off of the living room and master bath is screen enclosed and has new patio furniture. Adjament to the screened porch area is an outdoor balcony with a new stainless steel Char-Broil gas grill. 
 
Large master bedroom has new high quality furniture with king bed, connected large master bath, full size closet, ceiling fan, large SONY TV, and floor to ceiling glass wall overlooking the lake.
