Vacation Rental Description
The cottage is directly on the water. Ample level parking right to front door. Three private queen bedrooms,and one open queen bedroom and 1.5 baths, all linens and bedding included, the master bedroom has it's own tv and private lakeside balcony, cable tv,dvd, vcr, and washer/dryer provided. Spacious kitchen and living room. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster. Just outside the kitchen is a large deck with patio table and chairs along with five person hot tub where at night you can gaze at the stars and in the day you can watch the boats idle by. The deck is a wonderful place to watch the gorgeous sunsets, also to watch the many humming birds at thier evening meal, from this deck you only have 5 steps down to a 24x10 boatdock and fish cleaning station. There is also a large swim platform, provided with a ladder, table and chairs,there are lounge chairs to sunbath in,or just read a book, or enjoy being at the waters edge. The dock has been baited all around with brush. This cottage is great for families and fishermen.Please bring life jackets, sun products, beach towels, water toy's, fishing gear and fishing permits.

Please bring life vests, beach towels,sun products, water toy's and fishing gear. Deck has child safety gates. There is a boat launch and trailer storage available for a $10.00 in and $10.00 out fee.

    Peak season rate is $185./nt. $1200./wk. 3nt. min.required. If we agree on a 2nt.stay the rate is $210./nt. Off season rate is $175./nt. $1100./wk. Off season is from March 15 til April 30 and again from Sept 30 til Nov 15 (weather permitting) Peak season is from May 1 till Sept 30. There is a $85.00 cleaning fee and a $375.00 refundable damage deposit. Half total rent to be paid when reservation is made. The remainder half of the rent, plus the cleaning fee and the $375.00 damage deposit to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.Pet fee is $60.00(50lbs or less)considered $15.00 per night per person over 6 people unless otherwise agreed upon. NO GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. (SUCH AS BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES//SENIOR TRIPS ETC. Please note: In the event of cancellation the rent payment paid to make reservation is not refundable unless we are able to re rent your scheduled dates. The damage deposit is fully refundable. We advise puschasing trip insurance.
