This condo is relaxing and fun all at the same time! You will never want to leave the deck and the awesome view it gives! Decorated to make you feel like you are on a island with lighthouses and macaws. The water theme is wonderful here. The location at Harbour Towne is excellent, much less traffic to get to where you want to go such as; dining, golfing, shopping, boating, parasailing, and swimming. Just 2 miles from Bus. 54 & Hwy 54. Want to vacation and just relax, what a perfect place to watch the boats and parasailers go by. This is a vacation you won't want to miss! 
 
Amenities at Harbour Towne include 2 outdoor very large heated pools, one lakeside and the other on the hilltop-we like to say is more private! The clubhouse is next to the lakeside pool, a tennis court, childrens play area,walking trails and a workout room! The condo provides a king size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen 
in bedroom #2, and two twins in bedroom #3. There is a full size washer and dryer just off the kitchen area. You won't mind being in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar for everyone to keep you company!

The clubhouse is next to the lakeside pool, a tennis court, childrens play area,walking trails and a workout room! The condo provides a king size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen in bedroom #2, and two twins in bedroom #3. There is a full size washer and dryer just off the kitchen area. You won't mind being in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar for everyone to keep you company. A gas grill on the open air deck with a table and chairs for everyone to relax, enjoy the view, and barbeque! If you smoke please do it on the deck as this is a Non-Smoking Condo! All you need to bring is your food, drink, clothes, and toiletries (shampoo etc.). Don't forget your swimsuit, don't worry if you do, you can always buy another!

    Winter Rates October 1st - April 1st $125 per night, 2 night minimum. Summer Rates April 2nd - September 30th $225 per night, 2 night minimum. Weekly Special 7th night FREE! Holiday Rates: Memorial, Fourth of July, & Labor Day Weekends $275.00 per night, 3 night minimum. Refundable Security Deposit $250.00 $100.00 Cleaning Fee. 12.725% (lodging tax 5% sales tax 7.725%)charged on Rental Fee only. Boat Slip 12x28 included. Additional boat slips available for extra $, 12x28 & 18x52. If you have a larger party you can visit #28263, which is located one building over and one level down, a 4bdrm 4bath - 2 story. This condo with accomodate 8 adults, additional 2 children. If you have a pet that you cannot leave at home there is a wonderful Petcare Daycare close by for $20.00 per day, but this condo does not allow any pets.
