Our fully furnished home is available to you as a short term rental ranging from a short weekend to a few months if needed. This home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is fully remodeled with granite countertops, tile and wood flooring, new windows, furnace and air conditioning. There is newer cookware and dishes for your cooking enjoyment. It looks and feels like a new home. The home is equiped with wireless internet, a 62" high definition TV, 2 additional televions in bedrooms. The backyard is secluded and private with large trees that surround a firepit for evening campfires. Bring your morning coffee onto the back deck and enjoy the variey of birds as they feed nearby. The back deck also features a large 6 person hot tub with outdoor television. 
 
The property is located in Burnsville which is 20 minutes south of the airport as well as 20 minutes south of downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. 3 Major highways converge a mile away providing convienient transportation routes to most parts of the twin cities. Crystal lake public beach is a 10 minute walk south or short commute by car. Our home is perfect for those looking to visit in the Minneapolis area area or someone who needs transitional housing needs or a out of town person with a short term work assignment. Simply bring your suitcase! 
 
The mall of america, horse racing, an amusement park and a casino are all within 15 minutes. There are several golf courses and shopping centers within a couple minutes of the home. If your travel plans bring during winter months, you can downhille ski or snowboard at famous "Buck Hill" located less than 1 mile west. Public park located 3 blocks North, Crystal Lake is located approx 6 blocks south with walking trails and shore line fishing locations.
