Quiet, one bedroom plus den, one bath condominium in affluent Minneapolis suburb (Edina) with heated/underground/secure parking. Easy access to freeways for short trips to downtown, airport, and Mall of America. This "close-in" condominium is in a secluded wooded/marsh area away from busy city streets. It is hard to tell you are in the middle of the city! 
 
Tastefully decorated Condominium provides a full service kitchen, hundreds of cable TV channels (with hi-def tier) as well as access to high-speed internet (computer to check e-mail and access for your laptop if you have one). The Owner's Suite has a wardrobe closet, dressers and a new (2006) queen-size bed. In the den is a couch ok for sleeping. The "eat-in" kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for quick meals. A dining room with table that seats six is great for more formal meals. 
 
On the property is indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, tennis and racquetball courts, and game room (pool table). The use of bikes - hybrid (one) and mountain (two) is also provided, upon request. 
 
Edina is a great location for local shopping and dining offering many fine restaurants and exclusive shops. Vacationers, travelers, sunbirds, and corporate guests welcome.
