Vacation Rental Description

Our cabin is located 15 feet from the water on beautiful Big Pine Lake It's a fifteen minute drive from the Milacs Lake casino and twenty miles south of Brainerd MN. The cabin has two bedrooms and is finished with tounge and groove knotty pine. It has a vaulted ceiling with two rock fireplaces, one upstairs and one in the bedroom downstairs. It has a very rustic and homey feel to it. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all cooking utensils. It comes with all clean linens and towels including all paper products. The cabin also has central air conditioning for you comfort. There is a charcoal grill ( we provide the charcoal and the lighter.) for your enjoyment. We also have an outside fire pit, the wood is cut and stacked for your evening bonfire. There is also a canoe and a paddle boat for you to use while you stay there. All that you will have to bring is your beverages and food. You can sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy a very relaxing and peaceful cup of coffee. ...Return in the evening to watch the sun go down. If you decide to bring your boat there is public landing to launch at and a dock to tie up to right at the cabin. If you would prefer you can talk to me about renting my boat. There is a $200.00 cleaning/damage deposit that is required at the time you sign the rental contract. This deposit will hold the cabin for your requested time frame. The cleaning/damage deposit is fully refundable, provided the cabin is left clean and without damage. If you choose to bring your pet along with you there is a $100.00 pet deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE. Half of the cabins rent is due 60 days before going in and the second half is due 30 days before going in. Cancelations must be made 60 days prior to going in, all your money will be refunded. If cancelations occur with less than 60 days notice you will recieve a refund if we are able to rent the cabin for the dates you had reserved. If we are only able to rent the cabin for part of the date you reserved you will recieve a refund for that portion only.
