Total $1,000.00 refunded within 7 days after departure. $2500 for groups under 6 occupants $3000 for groups over 6 occupants Deposits: $2,000.00 refundable security deposit. Non refundable if canceled less than 45 days in advance of booking. However, may be used toward a re booking.
