Vacation Rental Description

We will be renting the cabin June through August. The week of July 4th has already been scheduled.
June-August: 1-2 people=$1000wk; 3-4=$1100 wk; 5-6=$1200 Sat-Sat rental is preferred
$300 damage deposit holds reservation/no refund if you cancel. Weekly rate due 30 days prior to check-in - damage deposit refunded within 3 weeks checkout.
Pets each $100 wk/$15 day No credit for early checkout
Cleaning fee and taxes are included in rental fee.
