The Landmark Resort is on a Bluff overlooking Green Bay near the
town of Egg Harbor. It is on a 40 acre campus which includes a
Restaurant, Lounge, 3 Outdoor Pools one of which has a Bar, 1 Indoor
Pool, 6 Hot Tubs, Tennis Courts, Game Room, Fitness Center, and
Picnic Area’s complete with Gas Grills.
The Sunsets from the Bluff are spectacular!
Door County is a Peninsula between Lake Michigan and Green Bay.
Green Bay is excellent for Boating with it’s Warm Waters, Islands,
and many Marina’s. Lake Michigan is excellent for Salmon and Lake
Trout Fishing. Charters are available. The Peninsula also has 10
Lighthouses which are great destinations for Bicycling. Add to that
the many Wild Flowers (Ladyslippers) and you have the makings for a
great ride. The County also sports 11 Golf Courses one of which
adjacent to the Resort has the hole voted most scenic. The County
boasts 5 State Parks which make for excellent Cross Country
Skiing, Snowshoeing or Snowmobileing in Winter. A Fun park is located
nearby with Game Room, Mini Golf and Water Balloon Battles for the
Kids. Door County also has one of Wisconsin’s few remaining Drive In
Theaters for more family fun. PC Junction is a Bar/Restaurant that
has a train come round with your food and drinks!
This is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath King suitable for the Handicapped. It is
connected to a Recreation Center which includes Indoor Pool, Hot Tub,
Sauna, Fitness Center, Game Room and lounge area with Computers for
Internet access. The Recreation Center is open 24/7 and is reserved
for adults after 10 p.m. Outdoor Pool and Picnic Area are just
outside the door. For boat enthusiasts there is extra parking for
boat trailers.
Pets are not allowed at the Resort, but there is an excellent kennel
nearby in Egg Harbor. Contact Door County Kennels in the 920 area
code. I cannot list the phone number on this site.
Your comfort and enjoyment is what I am most interested in when you
stay at my Condominium. That is why I am constantly updating and
making additions that will help make your stay more enjoyable.
The Condo sleeps four. It has a King Bed in the bedroom and a New
Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The Full Kitchen features
Quartz Countertops, Ceramic Floor Tile, Dishwasher, Refrigerator,
Range, Coffeemaker, Microwave, Cookware, Dishes.
The Large Bathroom features Ceramic Tile. It is conveniently located
on the first floor and requires no stair access.
This Newly Updated Condo features a 32” TV with VCR/DVD, Cable,
Stereo, DVD/VHS Library, Books, and Board Games. It is a Quiet Condo
with a great true Wood View from the living room, bedroom and
balcony. The Buildings and all of the Condominiums are Non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted in designated area’s on the Grounds and in the
Carrington Pub and Grill.Door County offers fun activities for all ages and interests:
Boating – Green Bay has islands, warm waters, Marina’s
Fishing – Green Bay and Lake Michigan for Salmon and Lake Trout.
Bicycling – Many County roads and State trails get you out of traffic.
Golf - 11 golf courses
Cooking Classes – Inn At Kristofers, Savory Spoon
Shopping – Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Sturgeon Bay
Coffee - Door County Coffee and Tea Co.
Wineries – Door Peninsula. Stones Throw, Simon Creek
