$125.00 per night plus a ONE-TIME cleaning charge of $60.00. Weekly rate $700.00 plus a ONE-TIME cleaning charge.
Deposit: One night’s rental will be charged to the credit card immediately. In case of cancellation, deposit WILL NOT be returned to renter but can be applied to a future stay in the condo. Cancellation: 30 days ADVANCE required.
