Ann Lake is located in central Minnesota south of Milacs Lake avoid all the Brainard traffic and be enjoying the bon-fire overlooking the lake, or sitting in the leather couches watching a DVD, while others are fighting the traffic to get up North! The lake is great for fishing and boating over 700 acres! Great for larger groups as well with places for up to 14 people to sleep!
This is the perfect place even if it rains there is plenty of room to spread out and have a great time. These are some of the features of the home, DVD players, TV's, VCR, surround sound stereo, movie collection, ping pong table, foosball table, slate pool table, games, poker table, 2 casino slot machines, game room, fire pit overlooking lake, canoe, paddle boat, pontoon or fishing boat rental, horse shoes, swing sets, basketball hoop, fishing, swimming, boating, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and many many more.
This is my house and is set up for enjoyment year round, there is always something to do no matter what time of year it is. I purchased this property a few years ago and have put a lot of work into it for your enjoyment some of the improvements include, log siding on the deck, painted the exterior and interior, tiled and finished game room, and most recently remodeling a bathroom.
