Vacation Rental Description
This four bedroom home can sleep up to 14. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a bath. The first room has two twins and the second has a full and the third has two bunks with fulls underneath. There is a futon on the main floor with a half bath. The main floor has a very open feel with the kitchen extending to the living room and the dining area which leads out to the pool area. There is one bedroom and bath downstairs with a king bed and a single pull-out. All but one room has flat screen T.V.'s on the wall. The basement also walks out to the pool area. There is a gas grill and a covered area outside. There is a huge bin of pool floats and fun things to do. There is a garage but not to park in. The home will accomidate four cars in the driveway and if you'd like to bring your dog just ask.
You are walking distance to town and shops. The best that Harbor Country has to offer. Nothing has been missed on this incredible home.

New Buffalo's greatest activity is the beach and the water. We are also 5 minutes to two major casinos and a wonderful outlet mall with endless shopping. You are also close to two state parks. Warren Dunes and Indiana Dunes where running the sand dunes is fun for the kids. There are a few museums close by and many restaurants to choose from.

This brand new home is located across from Lake Michigan in the heart of Harbor Country. It has a beautiful inground pool with an electronic cover that is safe for the kids. There is also a covered outside area for shade if sitting in the sun all day is not your thing. The beach access is private for that particular association and is only three homes away. There are two decks off the front where views of the lake can be seen. The marina is only three blocks away for those who love to boat. The home has a very open feel which makes it great for friends and family to come together and entertain. This home has all the bells and whistles. It's the best of both worlds...pool and lake.

We require a $1000 securtiy deposit that can be held with a c/c. We will not charge it unless there are damages in which we would always phone you first. We require half down at time of signing and half a month prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made 30 days prior and property can be re-rented, all funds will be refunded, less a twenty percent cancellation fee. If property cannot be re-rented fees cannot be refunded.
