exclusive "Estates of Lake Harmony". Wood panel style interior.
Brand new carpeting, new sofas, and new beds throughout. Perfect
for multiple families. Two wood-burning fireplaces, Pool table,
wraparound deck w/Grill, Digital Cable & Wireless Broadband.

First Level has Large Family Room with wrap-around sectional sofa
surrounding working wood-fireplace. Large open game area with Pool
Table, Darts. First Level also includes Two Bedrooms, Full Bathroom
& Washer/Dryer area.

Second floor has two bedrooms, second full bathroom, an open living
area (20 ft Ceiling), and access to large deck for entertaining or
enjoying the frequent deer that walk thru the grounds. A second
wood-burning fireplace in the Living Area. Beautiful Pocono woods
setting yet less than one block to the lake.

3rd Level Large Loft Bedroom.

Chalet is Non Smoking - For your convenience, Ashtrays are on the
Deck and outside the 1st Level Entrance.

No Prom groups. No young groups under 25 years old.
