The sunny well appointed living room has a queen size sofa bed. The bedroom is New York sized (smallish compared to less expensive cities) and has a new high quality queen size bed. The modern tiled bathroom has a tub with a shower. The apartment is on the fifth floor of an elegant Elevator building on East 80th Street.

A coin operated washer and dryer are in the building.

This is a no smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted.

All credit cards are accepted through Pay Pal.

This apartment is suitable for 2 or 3 adults and a child or for a family with up to 2 children.
