This home is situated about 5 min from East Hampton Village, which includes some of the most exclusive shopping from international designers around the world. also minutes from some of the most beautiful ocean, white sand beaches in the world populated by an international mix of people from around the globe.

It is located in the Northwest region of East Hampton, a wooded area with lots of private homes ranging in porperty size of 1-20 acres, all within distance of old whaling village of sag Harbor, giant fishing capital of montauk and giant farming and wine-making community of Bridgehampton.

The home is a two story contemporary with a farmstyle designed interior. Comfortable and practical with a heated pool and central air conditioning. A sense of privacy is created with perimeter screening of the pool and garden area. the home is 1/2 block from the body of water know as Three Mile Harbor which leads out to Gardiners Bay, through a private path for residents only.

The interior has an open kitchen, living dining area, flooded with light and tall ceilings. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with cathedral ceilings. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel with maple cabinets. There is a small dining/sunning deck attached to the home. The pool is surrounded by bluestone.

There are ample activities available including but not limited to sailing, fishing, biking, trail walking, various ocean sports, jogging, several gyms and health clubs, golf, tennis, horse riding, etc.

All in all ther many resources for you to have enjoyable and memorable summer in the Hamptons!
