This apartment has maple floors, huge plasma flat screen tv, gourmet kitchen,beautiful dining table and chairs for 6, incredible audio visual system, great comfortable beds in both bedrooms and TWO sofas turn into beds. A washer dryer inside the apartment, heat and air conditioning that you control. It was just redone last year.

I have been to all of the other 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments in Manhattan. I have yet to see one that comes close to this one in terms of quality and what you get for the price. The apartment is humongous by New York City standards. Other 2 bedroom apartments are usually 900 sq feet. This one is 1300 Square Feet!!

Oh by the way expect to see famous professional basketball players, music stars etc, shopping in the world famous sneaker store on the first floor of the building. Its called Flight Club nyc. You can hang out outside and get autographs!

The area is extremely safe and easy to get around. Cross Broadway and you are in Tribeca. Thats 3 blocks away.
