Rent to families only. Will not rent to any adult under the age of 25. This is a very nice house and work hard to keep it nice and enjoyable to all who pick this for their vacation home.
House is very clean and upon your arrival you will be very happy. No pets and no smoking.
A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged if do not wish to leave the house in the condition it was upon your arrival.

Beach chairs and linens and towels available for a rental fee. Not part of the rental.

Cape May only 10 min drive.
Cape May zoo-10 min drive

a lease will be emailed to you. Will need to sign and return with copy of photo ID and $500.00 deposit. That will hold your week. Balance due 6 weeks prior to your stay via check or money order in US Dollars.

June weeks: $1650.00
July & august weeks: $1800.00
Sept weeks: $1550.00

all other times please ask. No weekend rentals during summer season.

$500.00 security deposit with every rental. Will be returned within 30 days after check out. House must be in same condition it was when entered it. Nothing broken and clean.
