A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops,cherry cabintes,refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, double sink,built in microwave and self cleaning oven and breaksfast nook is available for cost saving meals at home.In addition, a full-size washer and dryer are available for your added convenience.

This end unit townhome has two decks for your seating, sunning and people-watching pleasure and one car garage with an additional off street parking for one car.

PLEASE NOTE, we will not rent to single adults under the age of 25. Maximum occupancy is 10. Also, absolutely No Smoking and No Pets permitted.

Low Season Price : $1500
High Season Price : $2200 per Week


Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time Saturday, 3 PM, Check-out time, Saturday, 11 AM. One week minimum stay. Half of the rent is due when booking our home. The balance and a refundable, security deposit of $500 are due four weeks before the start of your vacation. When we receive the balance of your rent and the security deposit, we will mail a key directly to your home to enter the property at the start of your vacation. Personal checks are accepted.
