You can't get any closer than this to the beautiful beach and boardwalk in North Wildwood than this. Located at the base of the beach and boards on 22 ave. This is the 3rd rental season since renovations in 2006. This spacious one bedroom one bath beach block condo has been completely renovated. New pergo flooring through out the condo. All new appliances,toaster oven,crock pot,coffee pot,blender,pots,pans,unensils,refrigerator,etc... A 20" flat panel tv, dvd player and small stereo in the livingroom. A 15" flat panel tv with built in dvd player in the bedroom. Ceiling fans in both bedroom and livingroom. Central heating and air conditioning through out. Queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom and two brand new queen size beds in the bedroom. There is a sun deck located on the second for your private sunning. There is a large fenced in heated pool, outside shower and coin-op washers and dryers on site. Each unit has off street assigned parking on site. This is a non smoking and no pets condo. Book now this will not last long !!!!

Any 3 night in May or June $100.00 per night (3 night minimum)
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
Check-in 2:00pm Check-out 10:00am
Half the rental is due upon signing the rental agreement and the balance plus a $200.00 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in. If booking occurs 30 day or less no personal checks will be excepted, the balance due shall them be a cashiers check. After reciept of the final payment the keys will be mailed to you with a self addressed stamped envelope for you return the keys back after check-out. Once I recieve the keys back and the cleaning service notifies me that no damages occured I will refund your security deposit. Any other questions please call Rudy at 856-373-3363.
