There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and ceiling fan. The first floor living room has a single pull-out love-seat and a cable TV. There is air conditioning on both floors. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent sun room offer pleasurable dining. There is a grass yard, patio, gardens and an outside shower. Small pets are welcome.
