Oceanfront Condominiums are on the beach in Brigantine, NJ. The condo is cute and clean and has 2 community decks with an ocean view. It is a beautiful, family friendly beach with lifeguards. You can surf, fish or just relax on the beach. There are resaurants and shops within walking distance. It's a great place to ride a bike (rentals nearby) and there is a public boat ramp a few blocks away. There are boat rides and a marine museum right in Brigantine. There is a beautiful golf course in Brigantine and many more close by.
Atlantic City is next door and offers many activities. The Atlantic City boardwalk is always a fun place to go. The casinos are known for their great restaurants and shows. There are great comedy shows, music concerts and other variety shows. Or maybe you want to relax in one of the casino spas - Borgata, Harrah's and Trump Marina are right over the Brigantine bridge!
If you like to shop you can go to the Atlantic City outlets. There are blocks of all your favorite stores along with great restaurants.

Relax on the beautiful beach or hike on the wildlife refuge area of Brigantine just 14 blocks north. Fishing is great in Brigantine and there is a golf course 3 miles away. Atlantic City is 3 and 1/2 miles so you can walk the boardwalk,gamble, see the shows, or shop the outlets! There are many great restaurants, spas, golf courses and activities in the area.

Rates

Low Season Price : $75
High Season Price : $125 per Week
The summer rate is $750 per week or $125 per night plus a $150 security deposit. Half is due to hold the dates and the balance is due 8 days before check in. Security deposits are returned within 10 days.
If cancellation is necessary and we have time to rent that slot your deposit will be refunded in full less a $25 handing fee.
Checks and money orders are accepted.
